Join us in ushering in the 2008 growing season by celebrating ramps, the native wild leek that inspired Chicago’s name. Ramp-based creations by the chefs of 312 Chicago, Blackbird, Lula, Va Pensiero and Vie. Delicious food and libations provided by Goose Island Beer, Pastoral Artisan Cheese, Bread & Wine, and many other local businesses. Live and Silent Auction

Participate in all of the above, PLUS gain entry to the special pre-RampFest Benefactor Cocktail Hour (6-7 p.m.) featuring: the unveiling of Aronia Cocktails, special ramp appetizers, artisanal cheeses, and the opportunity to talk with Land Connection Board and staff, plus local farmers, and Farm Beginnings graduates, our farmers for the future. $120/person.
